Ayangues beach

Ayangue is one of the most visited resorts and diving communities in Ecuador because it is located near the main diving spots on the Spondylus route in Santa Elena province. They are also different from all the other beaches because of the calm waters their geography gives them. That is why it is called the "Pacific Basin". Ayangue is a comune in Colonche County (Santa Elena) between Playa Rosada and San Pedro, 42 km from Ballenita bus station. This beach is perfect for a relaxing weekend. Its calm waters make it a great place for kids and beginner swimmers. There are many places to eat near the beach and the beautiful promenade where guests can enjoy drinks and cocktails. But there are also loads of activities, from horseback riding to water sports.
